If youβve been using new.space for a bit, you may have spotted the smiley face in the upper-righthand corner of a card.
In the past, tapping that would reveal a very basic set of emoji that would leave a single reaction on the card. We knew already from this initial implementation that it was such a great way to interact with the contents of a space, so we developed it to support nearly every type of emoji, and extended it to allow unlimited reactions.
In todayβs video, Iβm joined by my colleague Hanna, who worked on the feature, to talk through some of the bits that make it really fun and special.
We built new.space to be the best way to privately share anything with anyone. We love the emoji reactions feature, and canβt wait to hear what you think of it.
Let us know how youβve been using new.space and if you have any ideas on how it could be better for your use-cases. If you havenβt yet gotten your access code, or are having trouble using it, write us here, and weβll get you set up as soon as possible.
Till next time, happy sharing π
Besides emoji reactions, it would be better if one can add descriptions or comments to items.
