It can be tricky to email something sensitive. Contracts, drivers licenses, passports, or payment details can (and should) feel a bit strange to send over email. Even though email is where a lot of communication happens, it isn’t a secure way to share and often has severe file size constraints.
Instead of email, you could use a drive product, but that would mean you'd need to create a folder and set the correct permissions on that folder (which would probably send a separate email). Additionally, the drive product is probably not end-to-end encrypted, which means your data isn't as secure as it should be.
Another option would be one of those sharing tools with ads, but they feel a bit icky and likely don't care about the security of your data.
On the other hand, new.space is great at sending sensitive documents and files!
Visit new.space, add your sensitive documents, copy the link into the email, and send it off. You get control over how long your file exists, how it is presented, and can be assured it will only be accessed by you and those with whom the link is shared. No accounts, ads, signups, or configuration required.
If you haven't yet gotten your early access code, let us know, and we'll set you up so you can unlock private sharing!
