An option to view all notes simultaneously, regardless of space and time, is needed.

Currently, notes from the "Today Space" are often lost. Additionally, a function to merge notes would be useful.

We’ve been working on designing a way to quickly scroll through everything in the Today space without having to visit each individual day to find your stuff. Do you think something like that might help you?

The scroll function improves overview. I use Spaces for projects. Quick ideas and brainstorming notes can be captured without format constraints, relevant ones merged, and then formatted by AI.

Yeah, the custom prompts would be end-to-end encrypted, but we’d also make them sharable with others, if you want.

That makes sense to me. We're working on something that should make that easier for you. Two questions:

1. Have you used the "Create Note" button when selecting text in a Brainstorm? If you use AI to combine and format notes together in a Brainstorm, you can select the combined text and then tap "Create Note" in the iOS app to have the selected text added to a new note.

2. Are there any special, custom prompts that you use to merge notes together that you would be willing to share? We're planning on making it easier to use custom prompts as distinct actions in new.space, and I'd love to try out some prompts from our users to see how they work.

1. No, I wasn’t aware of that feature yet, thanks for pointing it out!

2. I mostly use standard prompts like ‘Create a to-do list’ or ‘Summarize key points’. Custom prompts would be great. Ideally stored end-to-end encrypted for privacy.

Also, I’d love to hear more about how you use notes and why it would be useful for you to be able to merge different notes together, if you wouldn’t mind sharing.
